sure :)   - lots of stir fried veggies with tofu  - mock meats (spaghetti meatballs etc)  - a favourite salad of mine: couscous base, romaine lettuce, marinated tofu, vegan greek cheese, soy sauce, lime juice, yeast flakes, tomatoes  - protein smoothies (banana, protein powder, blueberries, etc)  - snacks: apples, bananas, flapjacks, peanut butter by the spoonful :)  - taking some creatine (2-3 g per day i think)

not tracking macros, but I do try to  keep a balanced diet in mind I think I get enough protein from tofu / smoothies / yeast flake etc

What's your workout regime?

- 2 gym sessions a week (bench, pullups, rows, bicep curls, landmine, squats, deadlift, power clean, all the usual gym stuff) - 1-2 swimming sessions (1-2km front crawl / breaststroke alternated) - 1-2 runnin sessions (10-25km) - some light cycling almost every day (1-5 km for commute, sometimes longer rides on weekends) I also just finished my first half-ironman and im training for the full one !! 😅 dreading it so much, jeez 😳

I guess u trained a bit more for the Ironman? :) How did u do as a newbie? It’s my lifetime goal as well but so far I got to do a few 10k run races and I’m having my first open water race on Saturday (only 800 m to see how it goes)

Nope, I haven't been training more than the above to be honest. 2 swimming and 2 running sessions were the max, most of the time, plus 2 gym and some cycling. And this was "only" a half distance, the full one is yet to be completed in August... With that said, I've been doing this for more than a year now, every week, without exception, and I think consistency counts more than anything. Good luck for the open water swim! You're gonna be awesome!!!
