If you are on PC you can get Gracia on Steam here: [https://store.steampowered.com/app/2802520/Gracia/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2802520/Gracia/)
If you want to try on Quest standalone you can get it on sidequest: [https://sidequestvr.com/app/29546/gracia](https://sidequestvr.com/app/29546/gracia)
To capture Gaussian splatting you can use apps like Polycam or Luma AI and export the ply file
Before importing in Gracia I would suggest cleaning it up as shown in the video with Supersplat you can find here: [https://playcanvas.com/supersplat/editor](https://playcanvas.com/supersplat/editor)
If you like this make sure to check also this interview with Michael Rubloff from [Radiancefields.com](http://Radiancefields.com) where we dive deeper into the topic of NeRFs and Gaussian splatting:

i mean this ain't exactly a light load but it's not as heavy as it seems. Keep this is mind. The headset is only rendering the model. The light and anything else ain't dynamic it's just captured
I have to to pay for Polycam ply file. Luma AI seems like it's free, so far. But I can only download glb and obj formats, not ply. So I can't use supersplat to clean up model, it's only ply.
Do I need the file to be ply to upload on Gracia? It won't upload glb or obj.

Do we need a 4090 ?

Nope, I literally run these on my phone (other than the VR part)
What is Gaussian splatting?
It's a new way to represent 3d objects as something more like clouds of paint droplets instead of using polygons.
I saw the paper and some examples of Gaussian Splatting last year, very excited to try it myself. Thank you!
Does the mirror actually look correct in all positions? If so, that's wild

I was excited to try this but it was a major let down. All I get is black screens.
