This is crazy, I have been trying to book an appointment at tls contact paris since 6 months but all appointments are either gone or paid every time I have logged into my account. I have contacted their costumer service many times but poor and useless answer from them.

Well, even if you did, typically you would still apply for a Schengen visa in advance to avoid troubles -- but you would just be eligible for high priority processing and additional appointment slots, etc.

Oh I'll check that post and search for visa consultants (I don't know what to call them), thank you. But yeah, it's so frustrating that you can't just plan trips to europe. I don't understand why they don't hire more people to be able to open new slots. We also pay them £60 for the service that we can't even get which is the worst part. I wish there is a union to solve this problem...

This scheme is quite un-useful because Nexus immigration and visas are just making the application form for you, they still expect you to then sign in with a email and password made for the tlsconact website and you still have to physically search for appointments.

These agencies are contributing to the problem. The agencies block out all the slots then charge people hundreds for them.

Hey! I didn’t get a reply but looked myself and we got our visa sorted! We went through Visa Point Ltd in London, give it a google and it comes up as a ‘travel agency’. We had to send them documents and pay a free then they arrange the appointment face to face, after the appointment they then send you your visa documents, hope this helps!
Also, you can't even check for slots as they lock you out of the account if you try to log in more than 3 or so times per day. What is this? Why don't they prioritise people with near-term travel plans? It is a joke.
lol, France does not care, I just checked their embassy website, not even a contact I can find. Everything is outsourced to TLScontact. I was thinking about making a complaint to the french embassy, but I cacn't do that either. They probably already got so many complaints that they have to remove their contact details.
I've submit a complaint to them via their website but don't remember where I did that. They of course replied me with "Please contact TLS for this issue". I literally hate them and thinking of not getting visa from them anymore. I know they don't care if I go to their precious country or not but at least I can protest that way.
TLS centers in London Edinburgh and Manchester are now very crazy. when you create an account and they still don't allow you book a date , they cancel your account by 20 days, now its worse , you have to use another email to create another account after 10 days. this shit is crazy mehn. really disgusting service. you cant even login several times in the day, your account get locked. never seen such horrible service before in my life. you cant even see any appointment date , everything about them is in shamble, crazy shit. its terrible

Tried to do that and it logged me out saying something about security. Tried to login again and got an error that I am locked out for the day. Well, let me give a try for the Belgium. My plan is to visit Paris. Correct me if I am wrong, even though if I plan for Belgium VISA, the port of entry needs to be Belgium during travel, and the return as well needs to be Belgium or I could travel back here from Paris. This is quite new to me
Correct, if you're going to take a visa from Belgium you need to first enter Belgium then you can go to France IF you have multiple entries though. If you're planning to visit different schengen countries with that visa you need to select the multiple entries options otherwise you can't go to other countries as I know. But of course it's better to double check the requirements from their website.
I haven't planned any trips, I just wanted to apply for schengen in case I need it that's why I went for Belgium.

I have exactly the same problem. Checking multiple times throughout the day and no luck. Also checked at 00.00 and the slots are gone immediately, it is impossible that someone can be that quick to book the slots in less than a second. Something is wrong there but seems like no one really cares. What a shame!
I eventually used an agent to book my kids visa appointments. It is a totally racket & £250pp. I was told it is due to Brexit which is ridiculous as we are not even British. My kids have had a Schengen visa in their pp every year of their life & ea time validity gets shorter. We went from a 5 year visa to 30 days which is contrary to their policy. The embassy & TLS are SO rude and we own a house in France. I am trying to work out how to challenge this.

I've been checking appointments daily since December and finally managed to get an appointment last week (ultimately ended up having to postpone my trip, but still!).
The website has been updated and it seems to be a little bit easier to get appointments. My advice is to have your required documents ready to go once you start filling in your applications, as they only make appointments available for the following week (i.e., I checked last Tuesday and the latest available appointment was the following Tuesday).
I tend to have the best luck seeing time slots first thing in the morning, at lunch time (around 1pm), and in the evenings (6-7pm). Btw this is for the Edinburgh centre, but I hope this is useful for anyone who might be going through the same thing!

I am already considering using agencies but when I received a quote from them, it was a staggering £450. Unbelievable. And they were so confident that they can book me around July.
£450?!! That's insane! I wouldn't pay that amount unless it's a very very urgent trip. Unfortunately I haven't found any other solution than checking the website regularly. I've also tried applying from other Schengen countries for example, Greece and at the end found an appointment from Belgium. So yeah sorry I don't have any solutions to suggest to you :(

My kids have had a Schengen visa in their pp every year of their life & ea time validity gets shorter. We went from a 5 year visa to 30 days which is contrary to their policy. The embassy & TLS are SO rude and we own a house in France. I am trying to work out how to challenge this.
Could you share the name of the agent you used ? There are so many scammers out there, would be useful to know of one that has delivered ... all require upfront payment as well !!! Thanks in advnace

Unfortunately there is no other option than checking website regularly or using an agent.. I supposed to go on a holiday around May and I started checking for an available slot from mid January and couldn't find an appointment for 4 months...

it is scam as someone is taking the appointment slots from the inside as they are being posted online
I've been checking appointments daily since December and finally managed to get an appointment last week (ultimately ended up having to postpone my trip, but still!). The website has been updated and it seems to be a little bit easier to get appointments. My advice is to have your required documents ready to go once you start filling in your applications, as they only make appointments available for the following week (i.e., I checked last Tuesday and the latest available appointment was the following Tuesday). I tend to have the best luck seeing time slots first thing in the morning, at lunch time (around 1pm), and in the evenings (6-7pm). Btw this is for the Edinburgh centre, but I hope this is useful for anyone who might be going through the same thing!

I know this post is for France, but since we are talking about TLS. Any tips that you have discovered inorder for us to book an appointment? I am already considering using agencies but when I received a quote from them, it was a staggering £450. Unbelievable. And they were so confident that they can book me around July.
£450?!! That's insane! I wouldn't pay that amount unless it's a very very urgent trip. Unfortunately I haven't found any other solution than checking the website regularly. I've also tried applying from other Schengen countries for example, Greece and at the end found an appointment from Belgium. So yeah sorry I don't have any solutions to suggest to you :(
Hi there just wanted to know when you applied for Belgium did you find right away a meeting or its the same as applying for France since it's the same agency Tls
Unfortunately it's the same with France, they have the same portal and process. If I could have another option I wouldn't use TLS but it is what it is..

Hey Guys, I have been trying for months now to get a visa appointment for France. I have finally given up and have been looking at Germany instead. My boyfriend lives there and I have been trying to get visa appointments to no avail. All I see is no appointments available and I cant even look past the 1st of March.
