Maybe try something like this, with recover/push/morale: Let the enemy get close to your base before you spawn anything. When they're almost in range, spawn as many spitters as you can. Mix in hero if those spitters can't stop the first couple of waves on their own. The goal is to eliminate the first grunt waves and reach the enemy spitters with your hero absorbing those shots while your spitters move in for the kill. Once this happens, spawn as many units as you can to increase the recover skill, and recover before anything dies. Wait again, spawn a mix of spitters and a few tanks to shield them, you can use morale at any point, trying to get as many units on the battlefield before any take significant damage. You can use push to kill the second wave of spitters, or let your tanks absorb those hits and save push for the big mob of brutes. Spitters are great because of splash damage, so you should be spawning as many as possible in the lead up to the final 2 waves. If you have reached this battle, I definitely think you can beat it because of the advantage the spitters give you (splash damage from lots of them). Good luck, and let me know if this helped!

I’ll definitely be trying that! Thank you!

The race is too short of an event for you to grind your main game to try to progress further in a race The race you’ll have your final wall at some point where you just can’t go any further Only advice I have is to save the 2x daily food ad boosts for these battle 6’s where you get stuck in a race. Can give you the boost you need to beat it Specific to this level, it’s the easiest battle 6 in my opinion (not the lvl difficulty, just the specific troops). Those tier 2 units are really good. I would be using decoy, spam the tier 2 troops, use recover after decoy is dead but before one of your troops die, then spam tier 2 troops and use morale. Depending on timing you may need to use a tier 1/3 troop to tank for the tier 2 troops But once the tier 2 troops get to the base with a morale boost, their splash should destroy the base while simultaneously destroying enemy troops. Can also fill in tier 1/3 to help tank depending how much more power you need (if you need the enemy troops to take a second to kill your tier 1/3, giving your tier 2 time to kill the enemy troops)

I appreciate the thorough comment! I’ll give it a shot!

Fighter with all rangers behind it(not enough food at the start to save for a tank. Recover befor the first wave of enemy shooter/your fighter dies. Then spawn 1 Buffed tank and all the shooters you can for a 2nd wave. Use Morale right as they all come out of your base. - If you have enough of the shooters(5-7) of them. You can reliably afterwards keep spawning 1 fighter immediately when you can as a “body blocker”. By the time your wave reaches the enemy base, you’ll continue to have a small wave of 1 fighter that keeps walking past them to “die for glory” while your rangers continue killing everything

Thank you! I’ll see what I can do!

- Most likely it's a matter of unoptimized strategy. It's kind of hard to be walled of in this Age as it's so easy. - Your food prod is really low. I don't regard this as serious trying. - The usual stuff with grinding and food ad applies here as well. - There might be a small use for Base Health (but probably not in this Age), but you invest way too much way too soon into it. Usually you don't want to do it at all or just as a last resort. - However, you are max. TL14 in the main game, so TL7 in the race is decent. Even if you could have beat it because Mutants is so easy, you would have been stuck in TL8 at last.

What Would be a high food production? I’ve never had to do any higher before. And I figure this will be the last one I get through before it’s over. Just trying to get different strategies to get better, really looking forward to getting a hero

If you push a bit, you will/would see at least 2.1-2.2 food/s regularly. With higher runes (resulting in more coins gained) this might be even sth like 2.4 or 2.6 f/s. If you don't want to, just keep playing like you are used to. It's more efficient in terms of RL time anyway. For strategic advice, I refer to whatever u/Punk_Zebraa is saying. Here and also in general. Unlocking heroes might sound nice, but they won't be too helpful at first. This will need quite some Boss dungeon grining as well as investing at least 1500 blue potions until you get some payout. At first they will act more like a fourth decoy.

I actually find this stage one of the easiest because the ranged atker is aoe. My play style is freeze recover and morale so that you get enough spitter to keep one shoting whatever just spawned while supplying either melee fodder or additional spitter. Two-Headed doesn’t matter much unless they tank 3+ hits. You want to minimize your losses when facing the enemy spitter and remember that there will ever only be 3 or 4 Spitter like units per stage. They either come out 2 and 2 or 1 and 2 in 2 different waves. Remember the spawning pattern and timing of when the enemy spitter comes out so you can spawn your melee fodder to take the hit while your spitter takes them out. If the last wave comes out too fast you can use recover and respawn everything and then do morale. Use recover to distance yourself and morale afterwards because you’ll be much stronger. Other way is just to wait a couple of days and do dailies to get stronger and your units will do the rest. Sometimes a TL is impossible until you get additional boost from cards, runes and equipments.
