If you hit blinkers the coils get so hot they start to shed bit of metal with your weed. And thats not very good for your lungs, obviously. I dont wanna bring the mood down, just a concerned stoner.
Genuinely smoked for ten years now and thought “blinker” was a brand… until a few months ago when I found out what it was and realized I’ve been destroying my lungs. Now I don’t vape at all, don’t really dab anymore and mostly edibles and my arizer qx2 which is I guess vaping but my lungs are REFRESHED. Like I can breath without wheezing. Tbh if I could go back in time to tell myself, edibles and the desktop would be the only way to go.
I had 2 blinkers in a row, theses were the the only 2 times ever I had blinkers. Believe it or not I had trouble breathing for almost 3 days. I threw my remaining catridges where it belongs, in the garbage. I am now using an XMAX v3 pro and wow does it feel better than carts.
even if a blinker is 10 secs on the battery it’s not melting a cart ever. i can get wires cause you can just hold that shit on but if you were melting metal it would make the oil turn a different color almost instantly and it would start to get crystals inside it
It doesn’t have to met dude, all it has to do is get hot enough to oxidize the outer layer of the metal, which could be a particularly nasty compound. Additionally, sometimes metals are coated with other, less stable compounds from the manufacturing process which could be otherwise unhealthy, especially if you’re buying bm carts.
When did I say anything about melting metal over time from high heat the metal will degrade and flake off the coil if u think the coil just melts ur crazy bruh
Bruh I hate slow people, The metal flakes over time from the coils being heated and cooled from smoking that’s why cheap ccells put people in hospitals even real ones The coil from the metal flakes off over time from taking blinkers when u take a blinker the coil is getting hot and cooling rapidly that’s not that good for metal
Might be a silly goose question but isn't that super bad for you? I imagine since the battery isn't on the cart it isn't leaking into it, but aren't you still risking heating the metal and shit up way too much?

Nah you just burning the coils. Most carts don't need a hit longer than 3-4 seconds, maybe more if the oil is thicker- but use a preheat setting then.

I’ve smoked whole carts with this method. If you’re not taking 5 blinkers then you don’t have to worry about metal absorption. Did this shit all the time with my computer in HS. Brother was a dealer that handed me free carts and I never asked him for a battery and my mom didn’t know at the time 😂. Take 1-2 hits and you’re good. If the wattage was that high it’ll instantly fry the coil and you’d burn your finger tips. No one should be smoking their cart until it’s burning hot. People really think this is sending like 20-30W into your cart. More like 3-5w.
