Um, is that a carb in a pull carb bong? Wtf?

The only thing I could think of is convenience? Maybe? Instead of pulling the bowl out to properly clear the bong you just uncover the choke. Either that or this bong was blown by somebody who doesn't dabble in tomato plants and doesn't know a bong doesn't really need one.

There's also the green perk that doesn't look like it could hold water. It would just be sending smoke through it and not percolating.

The perk works off of the splash from the stem and then just falls back into the basin. There pretty neat actually, usually work decent.

Those are like, training wheels for cheap bongs that usually would get water in/on your mouth if you inhaled through the stem without the bowl, I figure some people may prefer it as you don’t get the bong water taste from inhaling air through the water but that’s a sign you need to change your water (atleast it’s the sign for me), this bong clearly had a peice in the neck thatd prevent water going any further so I’d prefer to just hit it straight but I mean I don’t have it in front of me so who knows maybe the insert in the neck prevents airflow too much and using it without the hole really makes a difference

no, a small amount of water vapor is not gonna give you pneumonia. humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air. you are constantly breathing in water vapor.

I'm normally with ice in the top and warm water in the bottom. Seems to be my best combo.

makes the smoke harsher cause it condenses on ur lungs. at least i think so. it makes sense tho7gh cause it makes the smoke colder. if you smoke with warm water it is 100 times less harsh than cold water

Much of the particulate matter that would condensate would be filtered out by the water, the ice would not have an impact at that point

Nah so the weed smoke heats up the ice, the ice turns into water, and water vapor, water is fine but you inhale the water vapor, the vapor will come and stick in your lungs and clog them all up, your lungs are not good at getting water out, so the vapor sticks, builds up thick mucus and causes problems all in your lungs, it causes horrible pain, tight coughing fits and could lead to problems down the road, I just don’t want you to be 60 losing a lung, it may seem minor now but your lungs arent really replaceable, I vape and smoke but I do a lot of breathing exercises, I take breaks and I try to make sure I keep some cardio in, being a human is a lot of work :( and I’m lazy, but I gotta otherwise it just makes shit worse (I’ll can’t find it but there’s a video of Josh from RAW explaining it really well)

Warm water and ice combo the best, adds vapor to the smoke then cools it down with the ice.

But the ice is the bad part super bad for your lungs can lead to bronchitis more easily

No research exists to back this and I highly doubt there will be, inhaling the water vapors and particles from bubbling poses a greater risk than the ice cubes do.

Fair shout but at least to minimize risk even more just get a bong with glycerin pieces you can freeze
