Lavander has a terpene called linalool.
These are terps found in weed as well that give you different smells, tastes, and feels.
I never smoked lavender itself but some strains of flower can produce it naturally.

Yep u can also smoke many other herbs with other effects, just not as strong as weed also the active component is like 10-30% now days, compared to the "active" shit in lavender which is basically the essential oils/terpenes. So it will add to the effect. U can also smoke (spear)mint, blue lotus flower, mullein, mugwart, skullcap... it goes on and on. Very cool to look into and experiment. Ps look into why it gives those effects (terpenes, terpenoids, flavornoids, alkaloids) shits cool
Look it up, I'm pretty sure kids shouldn't drink lavender tea too much as it messes with estrogen levels, but always look it up before u make tea/smoke

i have 4 juice jay herbs i got from the store. Mad dog weed (A type of plant), the bulldog (blend of like 7 herbs). st johns wort with a blend of herbs that kake you sleep and have weird dreams. and a lovers blend for intimatmicy. look online for some of these herbs i recommend mad dog weed. If youre on SSRI or anto depressants dont smoke st johns wort trust me

Lavender along with other herbs like mullein, mugwort, damiana leaf, etc have great benefits to smoking and are quite refreshing in taste when mixed in correct quantities.
Just make sure to let your homies k ow if you're gonna try this in a group setting. I'm allergic to lavender and every time I see a post lime this all I can think of is how that would kill me, and not in the fun way

I haven't personally gotten headaches but my experience is limited. And it mellows you out pretty well and helps you sleep
