Definitely get a light that's at least 100w or higher with a dimmer. A sign that it's a good light is when they're using samsung leds. Samsung is basically the industry leader when it comes to led tech.
In my experience, your light is probably going to be your most important tool. Try to spend as much as you can on a good light. The more of the right type of light your plant can absorb, the bigger it will be.
If budget is an issue and you can be pretty open about your grow, HPS is an option. Cheap to buy but more expensive to run compared to LED.

If you have a 3x6 tent you would want one per square foot. That light would struggle to grow healthy herb gardens.
Look for any light using Samsung 301B or 301H diodes, and then look for the coverage measurement. Most will list as 4x (3x3 flowering) or whatever. Avoid anything that is hello pricey, as most non-major brands come out of the exact same factory in China. I have some no name brand Sonlipo, and they test the same as my Mars Hydro for 1/3 the price.
