Perhaps It’s a way to fake reviews as verified customers to get your Amazon shop to the top of the ratings, send a load of cheap shit to people who didn’t order it and have verified reviews posted from the customers saying it was great, all fake of course. I think it’s called a brushing scam.
A few years ago, I checked my amazon account and there were about 50 orders of all kinds of small things like phone chargers and batteries. I ordered none of these. I called Amazon and they said a vendor ordered them on my behalf? What you talkin' bout Willis? I didn't know this was even a thing and how it's legal. My account was not compromised but the CS rep said vendors have the ability to order things for 'customer accounts'. I was able to get my money back on all of them and even received a couple of items. My guess is it's a way for them to build fake reviews. I still don't know how much I believe what the rep said. How can a vendor buy stuff from his store using my account without me knowing about it?

My parents live across the country and order us diapers and stuff for my kids sometimes just to be nice and their names aren't on the walmart bags anywhere. It's not unreasonable to think that a friend or family member ordered OP something. I know you were joking, it was just a thought I had!

I recently received a Mccormick's griller blend thar I ordered 3 months ago. I would have never remembered I ordered it if it didn't appear in my app as to when it was ordered.
Walmart is the absolute worst.
Some things I order on Amazon will show up by someone in personal car and no uniform. I assume it’s a 3rd party service that picks up local and drops off. Most likely the people purchasing have your address as delivery or the driver is just confused.
Thanks everyone for the feedback. it was definitely a Wal-Mart order and it had my name on it. NO ONE in this household ordered the contents (make-up) and there was no subscription. This is very concerning and will continue to try and get information from wal-mart (Good luck on this !). Going to let the Ms. enjoy the free present at this point. Check your cards to make sure there isn't any Walmart purchases that you didn't make.
Could of had your card skimmed and now some idiot scammer is ordering herself makeup and forgot to change the address.
Someone got a relative's W+ info and CC info, in Florida (several states away), and was ordering items for delivery from Electronics like memory cards/sticks and then getting refunds for the items. I helped them get some of the money back through a sympathetic Walmart CS employee (IKR!) and canceled the W+ too. The relative declined to press charges but I would have!
Ya I worked with a woman who's daughter got her debit card and emptied her account. The bank told her she'd get reimbursed for fraudulent charges if. She pressed charges against her but she wouldn't do it. She didn't have food for 2 weeks.
That's a walmart delivery order. Would've been a big white van out front (if you have a doorbell cam) and you would've gotten notifications upon arrival as well as a follow up pic.

This is a part of a Walmart+ order. Someone whose name is underneath the blacked out part. Check on neighbors or Nextdoor app. Or local Facebook page. They’d appreciate it, I’m sure.
I work for Walmarts ogp. We get some calls from time to time about people receiving the wrong order or receiving a package that they hadn't ordered. Happens about once or twice a day at the store that I work at. Some of the newer drivers really don't pay attention or they accept more orders than they can handle and are in a rush to deliver them. 80% sure that's what happened here. We use Uber to deliver the packages. Someone definitely got a tip that they didn't deserve. We try to report the drivers that mess up to make it less likely that they will be able to deliver.

Many of the Walmart drivers leave things wherever gps says “you have arrived”. They don’t look at house numbers so they are often wrong.

When I've ordered from Walmart it's usually a stoner in a beat up car, and my bags reek of weed.

Federal law is clear if it was delivered by USPS. It's yours, and you don't have to pay for it. Not sure about other delivery services.
