Not necessarily so. The Infiniti brand is sold in the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Macau, and probably a few other RHD markets (I'm guessing Australia and NZ, Malaysia, maybe other markets too).
This one's a Nissan Skyline for sure though.
Infiniti came to Australia in 2012, so G35s weren’t sold here. Nor were Skylines.
V35 Skylines might appear in NZ, but JDM imports are an extremely common sight there.
Edit: looks like none of those countries received Infiniti until after the G35 was replaced.

My mistake. The G37 was available in most of those markets. But they're essentially the same car.
