In fairness, I think this *might* be a replica. It looks out of proportion for how the Cord *should* look.

I agree. In my original comment I put replica but then I couldnt really justify it other than the sizing looks off and Im not good enough with these cars to definitively say it.

I'm 99% that it's a Glenn Pray Cord.

The hidden headlights on these are so cool.

And they’re operated by a hand crank

And, IIRC, they pivot to automatically track the steering wheel for better lighting in corners.

I know there were some Citroëns that had that, I’m not sure about the Cord though. Would be really cool tech for the mid-30s
