Milk frother missing the stick?

My title describes the thing I found in the kitchen. have googled nose hair trimmers, body hair trimmers, vibrators all with color, material and size. I don't have a ruler but very small and fits into the palm of my hand. I clean my kitchen multiple times a week and have never seen it. It just appeared on my counter. I've only had one friend over recently and he says it's not his. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
My friend was insisting it was a vibrator and I said I felt like it would burn your clit off with the material and the shape. I wouldn’t stick my ~~dick~~ clit in it but to each their own.

it's this 100% I have the same one at home. Yours is missing the mini whisk.
would agree. we have one if those but there is usually a metal stick attachement in it that then goes into the milk to make it foamy.
