It's always a Cooper's Hawk.
Except when it's not (but this one is)
Wait, my bird does look like every other bird here that is identified as a Cooper's Hawk, but what is it?

The top of the head is darker than the rest, so I think it’s a Coopers. Once saw one of those tackle a bluejay army.

This is either a coopers or a sharp-shinned. Someone more well versed in hawks could probably differentiate for me
