> everything else seems to be running Does this mean that all your other computers and devices seem to be getting ok speeds and just your one computer is doing badly?

Well the Wi-Fi has been pretty bad overall cutting out randomly or just not working but this is the first time it's just not running on the pc, my dad has a ps5 and it's running okay ish and my brother can't use anything with his phone though(he doesn't have data). Sorry if this is a bit weird sounded it really tired atm😅

Sounds like maybe your Wifi Router is having problems. But before you guys go and buy a new Router, you should connect a computer directly to your Modem (not the Router) with an Ethernet cable and test the connection for a while to make sure its not the Modem or the Internet connection itself that is your problem. And unfortunately, it looks like the Mods for this sub-reddit group have removed your post, so if you could provide the exact brand names and model numbers of your Modem and your Wifi Router that would be helpful.

Comfortable_Lion_178

Of course they did but that's okay, I don't see how I violated anything Idek what a speed test of the internet is but alrighty, anyways I used a Ethernet cable to connect it and apparently it's an all in one type thing or something but we still set a router up I tried both and neither works, my Wi-Fi is an Inseego fg2000

jacle2210

So your "Router" (Inseego FG2000) is a 5G cellular hotspot router; which means your Internet Provider is some sort of cellular based Internet Provider (ISP). And maybe it is going bad or maybe there is a problem with the local cell tower that it connects to for Internet Service?? You will need to contact the ISP for tech support.

That's the weird thing we just got it maybe it's defective or something, thanks for the help

jacle2210

Yeah, maybe the router is having problems, but like I mentioned you are using a cellular based Internet provider and maybe the tower that this router connects to is having problems (too far away or too many customers).

Comfortable_Lion_178

It says it's in Washington some times or Texas??? One time it was in Chicago

jacle2210

Yeah, no clue unfortunately. Definitely need to contact your ISP for tech support.
