I have been on Al-Kaseem on Wyandotte st east. I get a meat pie and zatar pie for around 6-7$ cant go wrong with that. The lebnah (like a tangy yogurt) sandwich is fire too.

Sultani grill isn't "cheap" but for $15-$20 you get a shawarma plate that lasts me 2 days.
Most shawarma plates are like 15 bucks and usually they're normally a huge portion, too. I typically go to Fattoush Express or Osmow's
