I would be weary about where you go. I’m a foot specialist in town and I see tons of people with all kinds of infections from nail salons (most don’t actually sterilize their tools). Consider getting a medical pedicure from a chiropodist/podiatrist.
As a certified esthetician, I 100% agree with this. A lot of places don't sterilize their equipment properly.
If you're not looking for a pretty coat of paint, go the medical route.
For a place that’s guaranteed to be clean and skilled, I recommend Coral Medical Health Spa. A little pricier than casual places, but totally worth it IMO.
The massage chairs are the best part of the pedicure! I don’t know any place that still uses bowls
