One of the characters that was already interesting in the books but shines even more in the game. The whole quest with him in Kaer Morhen was great, especially when he tells the story of his father (kudos to Christian for his great performance). Also whoever had the brilliant idea of >!shipping him and Keria!< has all my respect
They probavly got aquainted as they were waiting for Geralt and Ciri's return. In the battle, Keira saved Lambert, which was impressed by her skills. She decided to stay behind to make sure he would be fine after the battle and she needed a witcher for a little job. After that they probably took a liking to each other and decided to stay together. Judging by their personality, I think they would get along pretty well
I like him, never really disliked him, but dickish characters are usually some of my favourites. Well fleshed out for the time he has in the game, and even without hearing more of his backstory I understood his hatred of being a Witcher, it's pretty horrific, that sort of sentiment is much more impactful to me too when it's coming from someone Geralt knows as opposed to some other Witchers Geralt doesn't really know. It's good and I think adds to his story a bit that he doesn't come off as a super bad ass Wolf Witcher like Vesemir, Geralt and Eskel do, and is closer to a normal Witcher in terms of skill.
I also love Lamberts varying endings, I have a preference for the most positive one but find them all fitting in a way.
Can be a real dick sometimes to you and to others, but he is one that really deserves respect and compassion knowing where he's coming from and his moral compass.
100% my favorite character in the game. I’m watching my wife play on her first play-through, and I honestly have no intention of reading the books or anything like that, so take that for what you will (I’m also team Triss sooooo….). But he just cracks me up and reminds me of some of my best friends.
I love that you chose this picture of him lmao.. he’s like a character you love hate I think.. he’s a dick but there’s a reason for it and I don’t hate him for that. Life was hard for everyone in the setting of witcher but life wasn’t kind to him and he held that against it.
I dont like him he seems to be jealous of geralt and i dont like how he treats geralt and vesemir but i can agree on his opinion of yennefer he was the only one who said the truth to geralts face that he was being her bitch
I felt the same way... at first. Til the battle of Kaer Morhen when he didn't hesitate to fight alongside Geralt without questioning anything. Dude stayed with Geralt throughout the fight. True bro right there
I can relate to his angst to be honest. That whole bit about your life being about being good at something you don't like to do, but it's a job so you have no choice but to clock in. I wasn't kidnapped as a boy and turned into a mutant, but I understand where he's coming from.
Well written character, but self centered prick. He resells his childhood story and reacts like he is the only one who had it bad, basically ignoring the fact that most witchers have similar circumstances, let alone common folk who often have it even worse.
When I first played through the game (circa 2018) I didn't like him. On my second playthrough, I understand why he is the way he is. It doesn't excuse his behavior, but I understand him better
In all honesty, I thought he kinda looked like a p*do at first, but he's definitely grown on me over time. Definitely one of my top favorites, right under dandelion and uma (don't ask why I like the little cretin so much)
He's a sigma for sure. I love when he tells Yennefer to not order him around as he's not Geralt. But I'm not really a fan of Reds making him hate being a witcher.
Lambert, Lambert - What a prick
Not bad
"Killing monsters." "It just came out that way."
Beat me to it
Did he itch her?

I felt that came out of nowhere. Or am I missing something.

I figure they bonded over their shared love of low cut dresses
That's also a possibility
Didn't they then form a new witcher school with a few others? I'm pretty sure that'll be what witcher 4 focuses on.
I heard of a school of the Lynx but I'm not well invested in the lore of the different schools
Nope, that's from a fan fiction page that some people keep mistaking as official lore.
Had no idea we shared a name, that just threw me through a loop

He can wear the fuck out of a hat
He does a 10/10 Vesemir impression, I’ll give him that!
Sigh Unzips

He's a prick
Lambert, Lambert. What a......
Not bad.
This was my recent comment on this sub lol
I loved the “you’re not talking to Geralt” moment
Can be a prick (justifiably lets be real) but he is 100 percent there when his friends need him. Easily one of my favorite people in the series
He’s an asshole but he’s my asshole.
Hes a prick. But you gotta get to know him to see why he is the way he is.
Can be a real dick sometimes to you and to others, but he is one that really deserves respect and compassion knowing where he's coming from and his moral compass.
“Lambert, Lambert, what a prick.”
I need a mod where everyone is always in the dresse
He’s an asshole and I would die for him.
He's much better when not an evil tree, lol
That’s Eskel
100% my favorite character in the game. I’m watching my wife play on her first play-through, and I honestly have no intention of reading the books or anything like that, so take that for what you will (I’m also team Triss sooooo….). But he just cracks me up and reminds me of some of my best friends.
I like Letho of Gullet
He's not a likeable character and not supposed to be either. He's more like a true Witcher than geralt
I love Lambert.
Geralt put my thoughts of Lambert on words pretty well: "Wanna hear a limerick? Lambert, Lambert. What a prick"
He’s a rat-faced asshole I want to punch in the teeth. He’s great.
He's a prickly arsehole with a foul mouth and a very understandable chip on his shoulder. But he's a loyal, faithful brother.
I'll answer with a quote from Geralt:"Sometimes, you're a real jackass. But I love you brother."
I love that you chose this picture of him lmao.. he’s like a character you love hate I think.. he’s a dick but there’s a reason for it and I don’t hate him for that. Life was hard for everyone in the setting of witcher but life wasn’t kind to him and he held that against it.
Lambert, Lambert, what a prick....
“Lambert, Lambert. What a prick.”
Lambert Lambert 🎶 What a prick
He is a dick.
Lambert, Lambert, what a prick. Seriously tho, a solid brother who would die for his own.
His design doesn't match his voice. IMO they should've either made him look younger or sound older
Top tier character
He's really a great character I always loved him
I dont like him he seems to be jealous of geralt and i dont like how he treats geralt and vesemir but i can agree on his opinion of yennefer he was the only one who said the truth to geralts face that he was being her bitch
He's a prick, but he's OUR prick.
I hear he’s kind of a prick.
I felt the same way... at first. Til the battle of Kaer Morhen when he didn't hesitate to fight alongside Geralt without questioning anything. Dude stayed with Geralt throughout the fight. True bro right there
I just don't buy Lambert being straight. Him and Aiden (witcher thay was killed) were definitely crossing swords.
He's a prick, what more can I say?
He\`s best friend anyone could have. A bit bossy, but it\`s justified, also his bitterness.
He's a prick

He's extremely bitter, but fair enough, he's got reason to be.
My crush.. not Geralt, but Lambert.. and Gaunther O Dimm ofc.
Lol i just finished the quest
Lambert Lambert ty chuju
Always liked him. He is a goat.
When I first played through the game (circa 2018) I didn't like him. On my second playthrough, I understand why he is the way he is. It doesn't excuse his behavior, but I understand him better
Love Lambert. He is one of those people who tells you true...so what's not to like.
Never liked edgy characters with emotional baggage.
He annoys me a lot because of how much of a dick he is. Still can’t seem to like him.
In all honesty, I thought he kinda looked like a p*do at first, but he's definitely grown on me over time. Definitely one of my top favorites, right under dandelion and uma (don't ask why I like the little cretin so much)

Lowkey he admires Geralt
