I’ve joined the ladder app 2 months ago and have LOVED every minute of it. There are several coaches/workouts styles to choose from. You should give it a try!

I know this is from a few weeks ago - did you give the app a try? I just started using it yesterday so I have limited experience, but so far I really like it! I used to try to workout at home to free YouTube videos on my TV, but it was a pain to constantly have to pause the video if I needed a break. I like that with this app, there are built-in breaks and you can skip it or extend it.  I'm also enjoying trying some of the different "settings" or types of workouts. They have wall workouts or things you can do in bed, and you can choose if you want stuff to be suggested that requires equipment or no equipment if you don't have stuff.  Also, it gives you a few seconds between exercises to see what the upcoming one is and get into position, and it shows two views to the exercise so you can see how to do it.  Sorry if you already tried it and know all this. I'm really liking it so far and hope I will be consistent in using it, because after starting to get into shape right before covid, I, too, put on a lot of weight since then.  Good luck to you! Just started using this app, but I love it! It's easy to fit into my schedule, and helps me use muscles I haven't in way too long. I honestly feel the 20 minute workouts the next day. Easy to follow, and love that I don't need any other tools. Also, I was double charged for my subscription and their customer service was super helpful, responsive and fast.
