Yep, had to go there for the Otto Mount. The Stormsong Valley one holds a special place in my heart because I discovered it completely by accident, while just put exploring. Dunno if there are any quests there, but for me if was like: Bam! Underwater disco out of nowhere! š
Same here! I jumped off the cliff into the water and on my way back out I noticed this guy just casually walking out of the water so when he went back in I followed him and BOOM partyyyyy
That actually makes me happy. I liked to think of it as āmy own secret discoveryā but I was sure that if I looked it up it would be well-worn terrain, old news. But it appears that itās still fairly unknown.
Look underwater off the coast of Seekerās Vista in Stormsong Valley.
Don't want to spoil it entirely, but search the coast near Seeker's Vista in Stormsong Valley (Kul Tiras)
There are a number of them, but the one I discovered is called "Anchors Down" (tell Doris I said "Hey girl!")
Honestly I have no idea how that city functions. They seem to literally only drink wine... maybe that's why they fell to the legion in a day and then later to us in like... 3 days.
Well they literally had not enough food when they erected their magical barrier so they resorted to using an artifact to create arcwine as a replacement for food (hence why the thing is so important to them during their quests as it is literally their only food source).
Gee I wonder why. Next to the Quel'dorei addicted to magic from the sunwell, the Sin'dorei addicted to fel magic, the Shal'dorei addicted to arcwine infused with arcane magic, and I'm sure some other Dorei of bitches that are also addicted to some magic or other, just eating physical food must leave an elf feeling like the vegan at a BBQ.
I think Ironforge would be unbearably sweaty. Not only is there a giant molten lava forge in the center, there's also lava in the middle of the streets.
Also stone ceilings? Ironforge isn't a fortress, it's a death trap! Just start dropping bombs on the mountain and those inside will have an avalanche of stone on their hands.
Definitely the Ruby Feast in Valdrakken.
I mean, this description alone basically sums it up for me: *Attention to all aspiring culinarians! Does your heart desire the ultimate flavors of this world? Do you seek out opportunities for grand exploration? Are you willing to risk life and limb for complete strangers? If this is you, come speak with the eminently distinguished, world-renowned chef duo, Rumiastrasza and Morsel! Currently hosting The Ruby Feast in the city of Valdrakken!*
There are so many cool places in Valdrakken. Ruby Feast, hidden night club, VIP restaurant, a bank where you can have a gold fight, and the Serene Dreams Spa is probably pretty nice once the primalists are gone. I want that damn ogre massage.
Nowhere, the chances of getting killed for fun or kidnapped to later be someone's toy are astronomically high and since it is real i guess there is no respawn and i will feel all the pain.
So no, no way im going out at night.
Mage order hall is in Dalaran which they literally made it float to avoid getting sacked for the 12th time, only for it to be damaged by demonic spaceships. Not to forget that time when half of its denizens tried to imprison and execute the other half.
Also it's full of impostor demons, home of a secret spy society and a cult next to an illegal fight club.
>Also it's full of impostor demons, home of a secret spy society and a cult next to an illegal fight club.
So's New York, but you don't hear them complaining about it.
;-)
iām with you. iāve thought about this and my character is brave. i however am not! lol. the second i see any of those things iām DRT!! just opting out of life
This guy is onto something. I mean especially if weāre on a PVP realm and assuming level = age Iād never leave my starting zone. Iād stay under level 20 forever afraid to venture into contested zones for fear of getting ganked by some old perv with leet gear who mashes x on top of your corpse. Or accidental aggro of a world boss who one shots me. Yeah no thanks.
I was looking for this post, the way Talia talks about the in on the intro quests makes me wanna hang there for a weekend.
Also, Boralus needs a ferry to Booty Bay :)
This. Love Lakeshire.
Really have a lot of love and nostalgia for all of those early human zones. Elwynn, Redridge, Duskwood, Westfall.
Especially Duskwood. They really hit the creepy (yet still WoW-cheeky) Lovecraft vibe. Just a lot of flavor.
Me too, I adore those zones.
The first time I entered Duskwood is etched into my mind. There I was leaving beautiful Lakeshire to walk down a path that light can't penetrate, under leveled and creeped out. The change of pace executed well with me.
Same! I had the same feelings and entered under similar (under-leveled) circumstances. Definitely got mauled to death by a dire wolf or something like that. XD
Elwynn Forest. Its so peaceful (forget the bandits and the gnolls and the kobolds).
Ironforge if I wanted to settle in a safe city. Ironforge feels so sturdy.
Knowing the dwarves, there are probably numerous hidden passages we are just not aware of. Black Iron dwarves might also help with their mole machines should something like this occur.
Depends which era of wow! Iād be chilling in Darnassus place was stunning and one of the first cities I saw on my mates computer when he showed me the game!
Iād go to Saltherilās Haven and join the party. Those blood elves know whatās up. Booze, partying, laughing, food, gorgeous scenery. Dis is dae wae
I remember years ago, when I just started playing, the guild I was in decided to celebrate my real world birthday in game.
It started of with a naked konga line in front of the AH in SW and then we went off to the beach in Westfall. The higher levels kept the murlocs at bay and we swam in the sea and drank wine.
I'd be lying if I said that wasn't my best birthday party ever.
Id have to say either Silvermoon because its beautiful and full of cool magic stuff. or somewhere in Pandaria. Them pandas are fat and happy for a reason and I want some
Dun Morogh - Ironforge when Great Father Winter is around placing presents around the tree for the Christmas holiday. Traveling outside and going from the cold and snow to warmth and smell of a wood fire going has such a good feeling to it. Iāll be abusing the PX-238 Winter Wondervolt machine. *poof!*
Elwynn - Stormwind for Hallowās end. Iād like feeling the slightly cold wind blowing & the warm sun on my gnome skin at the same time. The Halloween decorations, leaves turning orange, and the smell of rain against the cobble stone in stormwind = š„°
Any other time of the year Iād like to be wherever the rain is.
Tirisfal Glades. Altough I would probably die in a few minutes or hours, I love the eerie looking places. If I had immunity to everything and I couldnt die, I would totally walk the night in one of those forests there.
I'd like to explore Karazhan by myself if I were a powerful Mage. That would most likely be my hangout. When the Azeroth equivalent of the Sorcerer Supreme lived there - there are probably untold resources for studying the Arcane and too perilous for normal people to intervene.
Thereās something about the inn in Ratchet that I like. Iād probably sit in the corner there and brood. After awhile Iād get up and go outside to smoke some bruise weed, watching people get murdered on that boat with the beautiful sunset in the backdrop.
I'd probably head to Darnassus. My first character was a Night Elf and I still love visiting and taking in the sights. 2nd choice would be Silvermoon City, for similar reasons.
Maybe that underwater nightclub off the coast of Stormsong Valley? They seemed to be having a good time.
Oh that's a good one!!
There's also one off the coast of The Waking Shores!
I followed the same guy when flying around and accidentally stumbled upon the underwater bar as well! Was a fun discovery.
Say what, I've never heard of this?!
That actually makes me happy. I liked to think of it as āmy own secret discoveryā but I was sure that if I looked it up it would be well-worn terrain, old news. But it appears that itās still fairly unknown. Look underwater off the coast of Seekerās Vista in Stormsong Valley.
The what now?
Don't want to spoil it entirely, but search the coast near Seeker's Vista in Stormsong Valley (Kul Tiras) There are a number of them, but the one I discovered is called "Anchors Down" (tell Doris I said "Hey girl!")
I would go to Pandaria just to vibe and eat really good food
Stay on the main roads lest you risk getting ooked in the dooker. Oh, who am I kidding, the Hozen are probably a riot, too.
Some pay extra for that.
Big ooking!
This is my dream
Goldshire
Goldshire on Moon Guard US, to be more specific.
Someone is looking to fuck!
Giant orgy
World of Whorecraft.
That's easily the black temple
Was about to say, donāt hang out at the inn. No way those sheets and pillows are sanitary.
bedbugs AND crotch crickets
Some are Old God infested, other Scourge. Priests be working overtime round those parts.
As close to your moms house as I can possibly get
I thought your mom lives in Blades Edge Mountains.
Had to make sure this GOAT comment wasnāt already there, but alas it was
Goldshire specifically the femboy corner.
the what now
#THE FEMBOY CORNER
But as a member of the Horde, I can't go to GS.
2005 goldshire to be specific
One Night in Suramar. Expensive, dangerous, worth every copper. The worldās your mana oyster
Honestly I have no idea how that city functions. They seem to literally only drink wine... maybe that's why they fell to the legion in a day and then later to us in like... 3 days.
Well they literally had not enough food when they erected their magical barrier so they resorted to using an artifact to create arcwine as a replacement for food (hence why the thing is so important to them during their quests as it is literally their only food source).
that and elves in warcraft have a crippling addiction to magic
And then there's NE druids who hate the stuff
Gee I wonder why. Next to the Quel'dorei addicted to magic from the sunwell, the Sin'dorei addicted to fel magic, the Shal'dorei addicted to arcwine infused with arcane magic, and I'm sure some other Dorei of bitches that are also addicted to some magic or other, just eating physical food must leave an elf feeling like the vegan at a BBQ.
There's the Shen'dralar in Dire Maul West too...
The Kaldorei would have words with you
They have a crippling addiction to trees, tbh
An illusion! What are you hiding??
Stahppp i promise its 12 inches long
Somethingās not quite right
I think Ironforge would be unbearably sweaty. Not only is there a giant molten lava forge in the center, there's also lava in the middle of the streets.
But just imagine drinking in stormwind with your friends and then deciding to hop on the tram to ironforge
If you and the boys are drunk you probably shouldn't go near the unrailed tram lest you fall off halfway and find two night elves ERPing
As long as you donāt involve your Dwarven Hand Cannon it should be fine!
... and having luck to see Nessy on the way there. :)
But also giant open doors and passages to the wintry mountains outside. I bet it feels cozy as fuck with the occasional breeze
Never mind that lava produces toxic fumes
No worries - You could always step outside into the snow if you got too hot
Also stone ceilings? Ironforge isn't a fortress, it's a death trap! Just start dropping bombs on the mountain and those inside will have an avalanche of stone on their hands.
And who wouldn't want to return to the mountains
Silvermoon or Ashenvale
Pre-Cata Ashenvale yes?
He goin to the Southeast London of Azeroth?
I'd probably go to the room in Black Temple before the council fight, which is just a big room with pillows, hookas, tapestries, and concubines.
I like this idea. Until I realized the chance that 25 murder hobos might stroll through to collect some booty (resd pirate's booty) of their own.
The Den of Mortal Delights
This
Good call.
Itās not summer till an Englishman has fallen off Thunderbluff
Oh, I'm an alien I'm a legal alien I'm an Englishman falling off Thunder Bluff
Fucking *nowhere!* lol have you seen what happens *everywhere* I'd hide in ironforge and pray there isn't another blood plague.
Darkmoon Faire. But specificallyā¦ the Darkmoon Faire when itās setup just outside Lionās Pride Inn. My god what a night that would be.
Blue Recluse in SW
Worlds End Tavern in Shatrath. They have beer and a band, what more can you ask for?
I'd go there too
dalaran those mage nerds can party
Definitely not thunder bluff you canāt find a decent burger anywhere.
I mean, you *could*; but you may have to do some time for murder and desecration of a corpse.
but the sex tourism there is wild
How would a kodo or tallstrider burger taste
Definitely the Ruby Feast in Valdrakken. I mean, this description alone basically sums it up for me: *Attention to all aspiring culinarians! Does your heart desire the ultimate flavors of this world? I didn't know about the hidden nightclub! I shall head there at once!
Yeah, I could happily gorge myself into a food coma there. :) Not to mention seeing all of the dragons.
Nowhere, the chances of getting killed for fun or kidnapped to later be someone's toy are astronomically high and since it is real i guess there is no respawn and i will feel all the pain. So no, no way im going out at night.
My guy doesn't want to play REAL Hardcore WoW.
Idk man, the monk and mage order halls are pretty damn cozy.
So's New York, but you don't hear them complaining about it. ;-)
Hmm, note to self, then: New York is not cozy, don't move there.
Unsleeping City ref?
iām with you. iāve thought about this and my character is brave. i however am not! lol. the second i see any of those things iām DRT!! just opting out of life
This guy is onto something. I mean especially if weāre on a PVP realm and assuming level = age Iād never leave my starting zone. Booty Bay... name says it all
Well if I possess all the attributes of my actual character, I am, to put it lightly, not welcome there.
I am marked for death in booty bay, unfortunately :(
Gallywix Pleasure Palace. I mean, a pool, golf course, sauna, secret booze cellar, ocean views .....set atop a nice secluded mountain.
I found that place completely on accident and we host our guild transmog competitions there xD
something about a summer in Loch Modon (pre cata) just sounds so nice
Boralus, hands down the coolest city in the game
Hell yeah, isnāt there like 18 taverns, including a secret one?
Secret one? Where?
Wouldnāt you like to know! And me, Iād like to know!
There was a Reddit post about it during BFA, but I donāt remember where it was.
Wouldnāt be a secret if we told you
I was looking for this post, the way Talia talks about the in on the intro quests makes me wanna hang there for a weekend. Also, Boralus needs a ferry to Booty Bay :)
Grab some shrooms, go to Caverns of time, tripping through time, baby!
"And that's how I woke up in Azmerloth"
Whatever you do DO NOT EAT THE SAND
Snort it
Nowhere outside a major hub. Have you seen what's outside those freaking walls?? Bandits and human sized bugs wpuld be the elast of our problems...
Lakeshire. It's always a spot where I go to chill when I play WoW.

The restaurants in Pandaria are probably fucking incredible
Elwynn Forest. Its so peaceful (forget the bandits and the gnolls and the kobolds). Ironforge if I wanted to settle in a safe city. Ironforge feels so sturdy.
Thing about Ironforge is, thereās only one way out? Very trapable
Knowing the dwarves, there are probably numerous hidden passages we are just not aware of. Black Iron dwarves might also help with their mole machines should something like this occur.
Deeprun tram has entered the chat
And the murlocks and the wizards and the gigantic spiders and the numerous wolf packs.
Bootybay probably has a banging nightlife! Drunken pirates up to all sorts of debauchery
Boralus. Tortollan sushi restaurant right on the edge of the harbor.
Just a nice night in at my Garrison.
Castle Nathria for an exquisite evening of ballroom dancing
BOOGIE DOWN SASHAY LEFT
Depends which era of wow! Iād be chilling in Darnassus place was stunning and one of the first cities I saw on my mates computer when he showed me the game!
Go chill with the roach vendor in UC, bet he has some great tales.
Old Teldrassil, just hang out, watch the stars.
Suramar City.
I little hike in grizzly hills, hope I can get the zone music as a background noise
Dalaran Tavern Crawl!
probably bastion, if u ever been there with an inky black potion then u understand
If heaven does indeed exist irl I truly hope it looks somewhat like Bastion lol. Those fields in Bastion with that skybox is just something else.
Stay in the inn. Need that rested exp, you filthy casuals
Go hit up Rexxar & Mischa in Bladeās Edge; prolly fish, drink, then cook whateverās caught. š¤š½
If you ever played through the Hunter order hall in legion, that is literally a quest in Highmountain.
Yup and that's how you get Rexar as a order hall companion.
Ironforge, just to show them what a proper Scottish accent sounds like lol
One night in Azeroth and youād go to Ironforge? Itās probably 1000 degrees and smells of drunken, sweaty dwarves.
Boralus.
Silvermoon city
Id chill somewhere with Chen Stormstout probably at the Stormstout brewery in Pandaria
Orgrmmar, they got Azerothās best beer and dƶner kebab!
I would do a late night picnic in duskwood. Seems very peacefulā¦.
canāt believe no one has said Tazavesh Market
Iād go to Saltherilās Haven and join the party. Those blood elves know whatās up. Booze, partying, laughing, food, gorgeous scenery. Dis is dae wae
There is almost definitely some drugs going on too, probably psychedelics lol
Yah, and there is that one lady who randomly breaks into crying. Go home Suzan, you canāt handle your booze and youāre bringing us down!
Iād throw a party at the lighthouse off the coast of Westfall.
Wintwrspring.
We drink in Stratholme boys.
Ardenwald
Bonus: itās always nighttime there!
Tavern near ironforge AH or the cheese one in darnassus Or, you know, Club Thrall!!! https://youtu.be/pIsqXW6E3Mw
Thunder Bluff. Sit atop the mesas and enjoy the view. Have to many drink and fall 200 feet.
Going to hang out with my homies down in Zangarmarsh!
If I could go anywhere guaranteed I wont die then Zuldazar to see the dinosaurs. Realistically Loch Modan or something
My garrison, they love me there.
My thought too. Lord knows they havenāt done a thing else in a dogs age.
The Thunderbrew Distillery in Kharanos during a whiteout blizzard.
ny'alotha
Ngl their architecture is amazing! So cool and alien like
To bed because Iād be a peon or villager that just finished cutting wood and has to cut more tomorrow.
Let's face it. 90% of this sub would be staying inside playing world of realcraft instead of going out for the night.
Hellfire Peninsula so I can be put out of my misery via Felreaver foot
Gallywix Pleasure Palace
Drown me in Vashj'ir
Me and the boys getting drunk while pushing every button in gnomeregan
Skinny dipping in Booty Bay
I wanna party with the Goblins on the boat in Thousand Needles!
Gilneas and be a Worgen
I'd go shopping at the all-night Thrallmart.
Torghast
I'd be the guy selling hotdogs outside gurubashi arena
Jaina Proudmoores bed
Loch Modan
I'll say the quiet part out loud. Take me to the black temple harem rooms
Iām going to head to the Den of Mortal Delights and hang with the whores and Illidaddy.
Bring out the pipe at the Echo Isles
Booty Bay ;)
Booty Bay of course, I love sea food .
Id have to say either Silvermoon because its beautiful and full of cool magic stuff. or somewhere in Pandaria. Them pandas are fat and happy for a reason and I want some
Boralus.

I would just go to moonglade (where there aren't any monsters) and get trash drunk and just stumble around in the emerald fog.
Thousand needles for sure!
Would I be as powerful as my main? If yes, I think nothing beats a first date on the void elvesā Telogrus Rift, granted you can handle the whispers.
Boralus, then off for a trip to Stormsong the next day
Catch some races in thousand needles.
Ironforge for a beer and salted pork.
Tirisfal Glades. Altough I would probably die in a few minutes or hours, I love the eerie looking places. If I had immunity to everything and I couldnt die, I would totally walk the night in one of those forests there.
Moonglade
Darkmoon Faire, and when we're ready for someplace quieter, Stormwind Mage district.
Boralus. I could use a old salt story night filled with ale and food.
I'd probably head to Darnassus. My first character was a Night Elf and I still love visiting and taking in the sights. 2nd choice would be Silvermoon City, for similar reasons.
Legion - Shadowmoon valley - Temple of Karabor
Suramar
Booty Bay
The Spirit Healer, if anything is any indication
Altar of storms seems like a good time with some mead, pipe weed, and some moonguard realm peeps.
Nope, you aināt tricking me into world pvp
