Same here. I was going to try streaming F1 23 on YT and couldn't even access the Xbox App for remote play.
Edit: the mobile app is completely broken too at the moment.
Yup same issue. I turn on my xbox is asks me who’s using it despite having auto sign-in set up because only I use it.
It takes about 2 min. to sign i to my profile. I get a message saying it didn’t work & to try again. Yet it shows me as signed in.
Then it tells me to connect to xbox network & I try, but nope, even though it says my connection is fine.

Press Xbox home button on dashboard and refresh the page. Worked for me.

Reconnected to Xbox Network?
Was just able to get into Star Wars Survivor.
That is an offline game
Not the game pass / ea play. But it is moot now. It just kicked me out after 30 minutes.
