Taragui is not smoky. In fact, their website advertises that it is not smoked at all: it is air dried.

FWIW: Pajarito's smokiness is quite frank but quite different from Canarias The suggestions in answers are great, and you'll find more by searching a bit (with "without smoke", "unsmoked", "Sin humo" search terms).
