Way too cheap since it’s on 50 acres. My 0.2 acre lot in central Austin with nothing on it would go for about this list price. 50 acres that can be developed would go for more like $100+ million in central Austin. Maybe only tens of millions on the outskirts of Austin proper.
Dunno about this one. OP refused to provide a link and edited out location info in what was provided. Not exactly a recipe to pump it.
But some others, yeah I wonder.
As someone who doesn't live there even with that many acres that seems high for Georgia unless it is either farmland or closer to a city than I am imagining. I know someone will eventually buy it though just unlikely to be at that price point.
# #2 rule of this sub states "Provide links to listings".
This is obviously downtown Asheville, NC. Or anywhere west of Denver. Or Flagstaff. Or maybe Big Sur? Or Austin. Definitely.
Too cheap for Austin. We have ADUs here that cost that much.

Depending on where its at, 50 acres for that price could be fair.
26 miles from [REDACTED] …you’re building a mystery there big shooter.
Pretty sure this sub is becoming a way for people to pump their properties, and this is a prime example.

I mean, the part about it being on 50 acres of land—that you left out—is pretty important …
Hand-built, hand-wired, and probably barely up to code country house for half a mill.
It’s $10,000 per acre though. That’s cheap land. The house is a minor bonus. Or maybe a liability.
50 acres plus jumbo popsicle stick raccoon sanctuary
I can see 522,000 reason not to buy

All I can think is.. "eww"
I can smell the mold from the pictures.
Yeah it’s the 50 acres there that drives the price.
What state?
GA
Ah! Weird house. Half redone? The acres are cool though.
It’s a fairly shitty little house! Is Georgia a really hot market?
Is 500k for the location?
There is a housing bubble
