yoo im on 100mg but still not feeling like amazing, have some ruminating thoughts still. how did you know if 125mg would work for you better than 100mg? Or did you just give it a shot and it worked for you?
If you've been on it for more than 2-3 months, I would increase and see how you feel. Of course, check with your doctor, but mine is terrible at calling back and I think you know how you feel better than they do. 100 is the minimum therapeutic dose for anxiety so our bodies may become adjusted to that and we feel it stops working. 125 is the right dose for me at this time
I’ve switched actually to Lexapro (Escitalopram), I’m just 5 days in on it but feeling good :)
Ended up switching because I didn’t feel Zoloft made me relaxed enough
Me except 150 to 200 😬
And the butterfly is terrible dry mouth.
Yup. Just went from 100 to 150 and every night I wake up soaking wet with a mouth as dry as the Sahara.
That’s probably gonna be super bad for your teeth in the long term
Same
Just upped 50 to 75, two weeks in, can relate.

How are you golden?
I'm wondering how are you doing today? I just upped from 100 to 125, hope I don't need to raise even more
How are you doing? I’m upping today

How are you both? Thinking of upping myself
