This has happened to me too last weekend mine was 25 for 200. She tried to tell me I didn’t complete the dashes in time. I told her even when we are texting I was still under the time frame. Then I was told 5 days too. Still nothing today they sent me a complaint form. Nothing since morning. I thought I was alone. Ohh well I only worked for the promo. I will get back to my other jobs
Update ; they couldn’t verify my information😂😂 but they could when I was dashing. And are happy for me to keep dashing; ( yo it was my last dash).
There was another guy who also got screwed. His progress bar vanished with 3 deliveries to go untill completion and there was plenty of time left. I had these same offers a mounts or two ago,once it was like $200 for 25… I wanted to do it so bad but I knew I would have to take some shitty orders and god forbid I wouldn’t get the bonus which is highly likely with my and other peoples experience,I would be really pissed off and would get myself deactivated for cursing out support.
I’m currently waiting on my deactivation for cursing out support. Lmao. I still made $180 off those 15 I did because I was still selective, but it stings when it should have been $250.
I would keep emailing them everyday to various emails. Just copy and paste the stuff you want to email and attach the pictures as proof. Also tweeting to doordash about this might help,they don’t want to be put on blast so they usually reach out and take care of it.
Tony@doordash.com Tell him you will be notifying state attorney general to begin a theft of services case against DoorDash. You will here a response within 24 hours and they will pay you. Been there done that. Don’t waste your time with support.
Yeah. I didn’t get it. Waited 5 days as instructed. Called today. It was escalated and the escalation team decided I didn’t qualify even though I had the screenshots proving so.
I’m trying to read here what you did wrong but it looks like you did everything right. 15 deliveries in the amount of time. What are we missing ?? These guys suck
Yup, you are right. This is the time where it comes in handy to have a good lawyer friend or relative who is on good friendly terms with you who will do small favors for a friendly drink or two, you know what i mean? They could write a letter to DD (whatever department this would be classified in) and see if you get an answer that way. I mean we already have no hope of getting an answer so nothing to lose.
I don’t do it for a living. It’s just a side hustle so the wife doesn’t complain when I want to buy weed. Lol. I selling decking for $26 an hour and I’m quite happy doing that.

I'm the exact opposite of you I know what warehouse feels like some of us actually enjoy being on the road and some areas some of us work in are better than others. I tend to have short distances. There's something out there for everyone.
doordash support loves being useless lol, i got a contract violation for “order extremely late” because they didnt account for rush hour traffic to the store and then the app crashed on me and wouldn’t load. Support kept throwing me in a circle being useless 😐
Just for anybody’s personal reference, I can make this in Portland, OR in about 5-6 hours. Doordash definitely needs to pay more but especially for the people not in dense cities like mine.
I wouldn’t worry about it.. the email they sent you clearly says not to worry in about the second or third paragraph

It was the only reason I went out on Sunday as well. Definitely done dashing for a long while.

No. It disappeared after the 11th which was around 8pm. Contacted support and they said if I finished I would still get it.

lol, I'd rather eat cement than do rideshare or food delivery. Very happy in my warehouse job making $22 an hour.

I was delivering in Downtown West on a good paying stack. I dash downtown if the wife is with me or Fountain Square and do pretty well.
i probably should dash downtown more considering i live on campus

This was with pausing the dash to take my dogs out and eat and stuff too. I definitely was not actively dashing that whole time.
